Since 1932, B&M Mattress has been serving San Antonio and the South Texas markets, producing a full range of handcrafted custom bedding products at very competitive prices for the public as well as the industrial, healthcare and hospitality sectors.

Three generations of the Patterson family have worked diligently to build an excellent reputation for providing premium products and the best customer service possible. We are proud of our South Texas roots and heritage and look forward to meeting the requests of our customers. Every one of our mattresses is handmade and stitched to your specifications. In 1946, we trademarked the first orthopedic mattress, "Posturest," and it continues to be the most popular seller in our superior line of handcrafted bedding.

Even though we are now the third generation of a family owned business, we have kept one thing constant from the very first day we started—the fine quality and true craftsmanship of our product.
